Please be aware of the following:

• Formal Professional Attire Required
• Current AVHS ID Required for Check-in; Current Student ID or Government ID required for all Guests
• All Attendees will be searched prior to getting on the bus
• All attendees are required to ride the district-provided transportation (buses; vans) to and from the venue. No acceptions.
• No weapons, chains/ropes, phone charging cables over 3 ft, bags (small clutch style bags acceptable - subject to search) open drinks of any kind, food of any kind, drugs of any kind (prescriptive items must be checked in and held by a Chaperone)
